1. Acceptance of Terms

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on milion888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• milion888 supports a range of payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where operationally feasible.
• milion888 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

milion888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay & Wagering

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently certified to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are subject to our settlement rules. In the event of a dispute, milion888's decision regarding settlement shall be final and binding.
• milion888 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or markets. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the member's account.
• Live dealer games are subject to the house rules displayed within the game interface. Technical disconnections during live play are governed by our disconnection policy, a copy of which is available upon request.
• Maximum winnings per bet may be capped. Applicable limits are displayed prior to bet placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milion888 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform or other members.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or self-exclusion measures.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors on the Platform for financial gain.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward milion888 staff or other members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the milion888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of milion888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our express prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

milion888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milion888, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

milion888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency remediation at any time and without prior notice.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

milion888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other policy published by milion888.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request.
• A directive from a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for breach, milion888 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance in the Account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to member breach, undisputed real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milion888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary significantly across jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation on the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country or territory of residence, including Malaysia.

13. Amendments

milion888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
